Interior designers, architects, property developers, kitchen and bathroom studios, contractors, and retail showrooms. We ask for a website, portfolio, or social media presence so we can verify your business. Sole traders and freelancers are welcome.
No. There is no minimum order value and no annual spend commitment. Order what you need, when you need it. Trade pricing applies to every order regardless of size.
Trade pricing is a fixed percentage below retail and is visible across the site once your account is approved. Pricing is not published publicly. For large project orders, speak to your account contact about volume pricing.
Standard production is 3 to 4 weeks, the same as retail. Trade orders are prioritised in the production schedule, so you will typically see delivery at the shorter end of that window. Express production is available when your project requires it: speak to your contact for availability and timing.
Yes. You can place orders at your trade price and have them delivered directly to your client's site or to your studio. Alternatively, you can share product links with your client so they can purchase at retail directly.
We handle bespoke requests on a project basis. This includes custom sizes, non-standard finishes, and large quantities outside our standard range. Contact your trade account manager with your requirements and we will provide a quotation and timeline.
Your first full sample set (all four finishes) is complimentary on approval. Additional samples can be ordered at any time, also free of charge for approved trade accounts. Samples dispatch within 2 working days.
